Your free movement assessment is a 45-minute session designed to help us understand how your body moves today. Together, we’ll:
  • Review your goals and any past injuries or health considerations
  • Assess posture, mobility, and basic movement patterns
  • Identify strengths and areas that need support
  • Outline your next steps toward building lasting strength

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable athletic clothes you can move in (leggings, shorts, or joggers + a t-shirt or tank). Athletic shoes are encouraged.
This isn’t a workout — it’s a chance to set the foundation for your personalized strength journey.
