As a former collegiate athlete, training with Coach Amy has healed my relationship with lifting and strength training. The weightlifting class I took with Amy was a highlight of my summer. I’d barely set foot in a gym before and had no idea how to lift. She started with the basics and went into detail on avoiding injury. She knew how to answer the questions we had and what small adjustments were needed to lift correctly.
